Introduction
Our elders used to say, "The soul of India lives in its villages."
This is as true today as it was centuries ago. But what is the reality of our villages today?
While massive factories are opening in big cities, our villages are emptying out. The youth are fleeing to the cities, leaving behind only silence and destitute elders and women.
We need a path where wealth exists, but where the individual and their family also remain happy and united. We don’t need the blind race of capitalism; we need 'Cooperation'—working together.
This concept is named Sanatan (Eternal) Gramoday.
The Story of a ‘Coffee House’: Where the Waiter is the Owner
Jabalpur’s ‘Indian Coffee House’ (ICH) is the finest example of this.
The person who serves you coffee in the morning is the same person who bills you in the evening. He is not just a servant; he is an owner of the institution and draws a salary. The principle of ICH is simple: “He who sheds the sweat will reap the profit (dividend).”
Just imagine—what if this same rule were applied to our villages?
Our ‘Sanatan Gramoday’ is based on this very thought.
What Will Our Village Look Like?
The Employees Will Be the Owners.
Imagine a committee formed in the village that handles Cow Care (Gau Palan), Clean Energy Production, Organic Farming, Medicinal Production, and Tourism (Dhabas + Home Stays).
Who is the Owner?
Only the person who becomes a member and works with their own hands and mind.
No rich person from the city can simply invest money and eat up the profits.
Equality: Everyone’s pay scale will be the same.
Differences will be based only on experience (arrears), not discrimination.
Security Generation after Generation: This membership will pass from father to son or daughter.
Because of this, the village boy won’t go to the city to be pushed around. Instead, he will say with pride, "I am an owner of my village committee."
Here, he will get a salary, a bonus, a pension, and health security.
All of this will be done by coordinating with currently applicable government schemes.
The Rich Man’s Game vs. The Poor Man’s Hard Work (The Statistics)
The Government and Society need to understand a massive difference.
The State of Big Companies: When the government invites big industries, the expenses and loans are massive, but the employment generated is low.
Example: Look at ‘Invest Karnataka 2022’. Agreements worth ₹9.82 Lakh Crore were signed, yet the estimated employment was for only 5 lakh people.
Meaning: The cost to create one job is approximately ₹2 Crore (1.96 Cr).
The Power of Cooperatives: On the other hand, the Ministry of Cooperation and NCDC invested ₹17,000 Crore in 2022-23. This directly benefited 13 lakh people.
Meaning: Here, the cost to create one job was only ₹1.3 Lakh.
(These figures refer to beneficiaries or borrowers; one loan equals approx. 3 jobs).
If the government focuses on these small cooperative societies instead of big companies, millions can get the "feel" of a government job at a fraction of the cost.
Money comes from the bank anyway, whether a Corporate takes it or a Cooperative.
In the committee, the financial risk is lower, and the happiness is higher.
Panch-Tatva Development: Nature’s Five Blessings
This model isn't just about earning; it is a way of living in harmony with the five elements of nature (Panchamahabhuta). It fulfills SDG goals and preserves culture.
How will this happen in the village?
 * Cow Service & Farming: Fertilizer will be made from cow dung and urine (Gobardhan Scheme). No poison (chemicals) will be put in the fields; the grain will be pure.
 * Kitchen & Medicine: The village Dhaba will cook these pure grains. Leftover grains and vegetables will go to the city. Herbs will grow in the fields and be sold directly to the market.
 * Our Own Electricity (Green Energy): The village will set up its own CBG plant for the available dung. It will generate electricity from Solar energy. This power will be sold on-grid or used personally. This keeps the environment clean and reduces transmission losses.
 * Tourism: City dwellers, running away from pollution, will come to stay and eat in the village’s natural environment. They will enjoy fresh air and Panchakarma. This brings income to the village.
 * Local Products: The effort will be to produce whatever the village needs within the village itself.
Who Will Monitor This?
The Village Panchayat (Gram Panchayat) and the Ministry of Panchayati Raj will act as a watchman and auditor. The responsibility of seeing whether the money is being used correctly will lie with the elders and the Gram Sabha.
"Since this committee gives them the feeling of a 'Government Job,' no one will let it sink."
Circular Economy: Goddess Lakshmi Will Stay in the Village
The Scriptures say:
Sthira Lakshmisthavam Punyam...
(Meaning: Through virtuous deeds and stability, wealth and prosperity reside permanently in the home.)
This model is a cycle where money does not leave the village:
Cow → Manure → Farm → Pure Food & Medicine → Income from Food & Tourism → Income into Worker’s Pocket → Organic Waste back to Farm.
And the insurance for all of this is the Solar On-Grid Plant & CBG.
This is a self-reliant cycle. (One should calculate the income from a 2 MW PM-KUSUM scheme).
Conclusion: This is Today’s "Ramrajya"
Sanatan Gramoday is not just an economic plan; it is the foundation of "Ramrajya" in modern India. This model is a simultaneous cure for three major problems: Unemployment, Child Malnutrition, and Climate Change.
Today, the world talks about 'Carbon Credits.' Earnings from carbon credits will bring foreign currency to the nation and extra profit to the village.
When the worker is the owner, the fields are poison-free, and the plate has nutritious food—only then will India truly become a Vishwa Guru (Global Leader).
This is a suggestion for all governments: Adopt Sanatan (Eternal) Gramoday or craft a new scheme based on this thought—where the cost is low, the profit is high, and there is family happiness and honor.
Both GDP + Happiness Index will rise.
This is a suggestion; the Government must consider the thought.

The Sanatani Scriptures: A Deep Reflection on Economy, Health, and Environment

Can you imagine that a simple habit—waking up one and a half hours before sunrise and sleeping early—could save the entire world? This ancient tradition from the Hindu Sanatani scriptures and Ayurveda not only strengthens individual health but, if adopted globally, could yield benefits like massive electricity savings, reduced expenditure on diseases, and earnings from carbon credits. In this article, we will analyze this with data to understand how revolutionary this shift could be for the business world and society. Section I: The Foundation of Health: The Secret of the Brahma Muhurta Our world (both stationary and moving beings) operates on a natural clock, known as the "Circadian Rhythm." Ayurveda, the scriptures, and modern science all agree that aligning with this clock leads to extraordinary improvements in health. Brahma Muhurta—the time approximately 90 minutes before sunrise—is the ideal example of this. In Ayurveda, it is considered the most sacred time...
